PRINTSouth Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of certain assets from NCR’s Systemedia Division. The purchase includes two existing business forms manufacturing facilities along with the LaserSelect and business forms product lines, thus enabling PRINTSouth to substantially expand its "best-in-class" jumbo roll/laser cut-sheet capabilities.

NCR’s Mount Joy, PA facility will soon be closed, due to it’s proximity to PRINTSouth's existing Richmond, VA plant. That production equipment will be moved to the Richmond plant. Additionally, some personnel will be offered an opportunity to move.

NCR’s modern facility located in Tempe (Phoenix), AZ, will essentially remain intact, giving PRINTSouth a new Western US presence.  This acquisition will further establish PRINTSouth as one of the largest long-run forms manufacturers in the nation, serving the independent trade coast-to-coast.

The acquisition will also greatly enhance service to our existing Southwest and West coast customers with complete manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution services. Orders currently produced at one facility, and shipped cross country, can now be sent to the other plant, thus improving service, evening out workload, and reducing freight expense.

While the industry is shrinking with manufacturers closing their doors every year, we at PRINTSouth are aggressively growing.

If one day there is only one left standing, we fully intend it to be PRINTSouth Corporation.
